New Years Eve Daisy Day Coffee Morning for Concern
Daisy Day is an age old tradition at Hook where on New Years Day if a child finds a daisy they would give it to a loved one in return for a penny. This year at Hook Lighthouse, we revived this tradition in inviting everyone to come along on New Year’s Day from noon to 4pm and join in the Daisy Day and help raise money for Concern Worldwide. Whoever finds a real daisy will win a prize! Games and art workshops were held all afternoon for kids and an afternoon of tea, coffee & cakes for adults all in aid of Concern.
