Please note, all that if you have pre-booked a tour ticket online, you MUST check-in at the Hook Lighthouse visitor centre reception a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointed tour time. Failure to arrive on time for your pre-booked tour means a forfeit of your tour place and ticket.
