– All tickets purchased are non-refundable.
– Ticket holders must arrive and check-in at the visitor centre a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment tour time, failure to do so means a forfeit of your tour place and ticket.
– Tickets purchased are only valid on the day and time for which they are purchased. Tickets are non-transferable to other times or dates.
